General Guidelines
- Items can be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
- To qualify for a return, the product must be:

- Packed in its original packaging, along with any included documentation or accessories.
Note: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

Conditions for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Suppose the return is due to reasons such as a change of mind. In that case, the item may still be returned at the customer’s expense, provided it meets the eligibility criteria and is returned within the 15-day window.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or arrange a replacement.
Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. We’ll arrange a replacement or suggest an alternative product, depending on availability.
Return Shipping
- For damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
- We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your shipping costs.
- For all other reasons:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.

Once approved, the refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Refunds will be offered either by bank transfer or in the form of a store voucher.
